Initial consultation (FREE)
The free consultation is an opportunity to meet with me at a venue of your choice, at a time that is convenient to you. It will comprise of a chat to talk about your training goals, lifestyle and schedule. From here we can make a plan to meet and exceed your goals with regular review points.
We will run through a physical readiness questionnaire, this will indicate to me any physical conditions or injuries you may have or have had in the past that could effect your performance when working out.
This meeting will also give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding the forthcoming exercise programme.
Personal Training
The first session will be 90 minutes long. This will start with a series of small fitness tests to see where you are at and to make any adaptions to your programme to suit your goals and needs.
Ante/Postnatal
Staying active throughout your pregnancy is proven to make labour a lot easier and less stressful with your body being more able to cope with the demands of childbirth. It will also make toning up after birth a lot easier. So for you ladies I will write you a programme that will adapt with your growing bump to keep you toned and fit throughout your pregnancy. After your 6 or 12 week check with your midwife postnatal I will write out a programme that will tone you up to get your body back to your pre pregnancy state.
Older Adults
As we get older getting fit is not all about being toned or muscular. It's about pro longing our health, keeping our bodies free from disease and improving our range of movement. Whatever your goal I will make it my priority and work with you to maintain your maximum health. Your never too old to start a fitness regime, age is just a number!
